This notice will supersede all previous notice of shipment to Indonesia Ports-DPS,SUB,JKT
According to the Customs Requirement of Import Shipment into Indonesia (JKT, SUB, DPS) as port destination. The port of Origin must mention clearly the actual De ion/ Name of Commodity on Nature and Quantity of Goods column on Air Waybill, exact Consignee name and Address, Correct Weight and Piece, exact Shipper name and agent name typed on Air Waybill to match exactly with CX Shipment Information updating on system, Onboard Cargo Manifest on flight, Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and PDE.
1. Agent to Agent shipment
Typed “Consol or Consolidation shipment” is acceptable and to be mentioned on Nature and Quantity of Goods column in MAWB.
2. Direct shipment
Typed “Consol or Consolidation shipment” is NOT acceptable to be mentioned on Air Waybill (MAWB) on Nature and Quantity of Goods column, EXCEPT when mentioned with full type or Name/Nature of Goods. Goods classification described on import manifest, minimum 3 and maximum 5 names with specification as follows:-
a. Double check the highest Value of among Consol base on Invoice Packing List as 1st option:
- The highest Value of Goods number 1
- The highest Value of Goods number 2
- The highest Value of Goods number 3
- The highest Value of Goods number 4
- The highest Value of Goods number 5
If all Value of Goods are more or less the same, go to 2nd option.
b. Double check the highest Volume of among Consol base on Invoice Packing List 2st option, as below:
- The highest Volume of Goods number 1
- The highest Volume of Goods number 2
- The highest Volume of Goods number 3
- The highest Volume of Goods number 4
- The highest Volume of Goods number 5
3. If name of commodity min. 3 and max. 5 cannot fit into the “Nature and Quantity of Goods” on MAWB due limited space, shipper/cargo agent at origin who issued MAWB should mention short name as agreed with consignee to avoid any discrepancy at destination when consignee submit to Customs (shipper/cargo Agent at origin and consignee at destination should co-ordinate each others).
4. Consignee and Address name must be correctly typed on MAWB by Origin station as Consignee and Address name that will submit to Customs.
